I am going home tonight, and family permitting, will learn this one. Thanks for learning us Marty.
ОтветитьGreat infor….thank you….☮️🎶🔛🌎
Ответитьclose..
Ответитьyou cant even play it ahahahahahahaa you suck
Ответить“Good news…” hilarious
ОтветитьTHIS SONG TAKES RHYTHM AND PATIENCE TO LEARN YOU HAVENT LEARNED IT YET
ОтветитьThanks, man, nice stuff, well explained
ОтветитьBest way to get this tone?
ОтветитьAwesome lesson! Whenever I watch a lesson by anyone else, it seems hard. You have a way of making everything easier. Nice teaching!
ОтветитьThe fifth bar on the A chord took me ages to get that rhythm and watched you multiple times before being able to combine the rhythm and the detail. Once you get it down basic its great because you can just change it how you want, that rhythm is key
ОтветитьOr goatified
ОтветитьWhat a tune and what a great lesson!
ОтветитьReally well done, dude. Tough song, but I'll die before I give up on this one. Just too good.
Ответитьnow i know where the doobie brothers stole their riffs for 'listen to the music"
ОтветитьIf you get rid of the mesa and put that sexy /13 in the camera shot that would be great.
Ответитьterrible veersion
ОтветитьI don't mean to be 'that' guy, but this isn't so correct
ОтветитьGreat lesson like the way u break it down from a theory standpoint.
ОтветитьPlease can you make underlines because im german and my english isnt very good and i only understand the half what you say what makes it really hard to learn this song
ОтветитьI love the way you explain songs. You don't just read the tab, you explain the chord shapes behind everything which makes it much more easy to grasp.
ОтветитьI fucking hate that he refers to the notes by position and not the actual note... if you're a half step down then say what notes you're playing not what they would be in standard tuning
ОтветитьDo you ring out the high E note on that first bared chord on the 9th fret?
Ответитьis in standard tuning? i think is Eb?greetings
ОтветитьMarty, this lesson is a perfect example of why you are an awesome instructor!!! Thx, buddy!!
ОтветитьTotally wrong dude..
ОтветитьGreat lesson, thanks
ОтветитьHe makes it look so god damn easy. I’m trying not to lose my cool because I’ve been practicing this for a while and it’s difficult!!!
Ответить"A little flickle flickle, flicky flicky"
ОтветитьI just bought a bootleg Jimi Hendrix CD called get the experience and heard the guitar demo version of this song that was recorded in his apartment and it sounded so clear and AWESOME that it's my favorite song on the album and I have to learn this song on guitar and more than worth the $10 that I spent for the CD alone....
Ответитьthe first scratches u said it was down up down, but u were simultaneously playing up down up(wich is the right way), up down up.. nice video anyway, helped me a lot!!
ОтветитьAxel's bold as love was the first album I ever owned, you better wait till tomorrow is my favorite song, and click bang I think your daddy just shot for me, your lessons are great at trying to keep it simple, and yet then hammering in this stretches
ОтветитьHammer don't hurt em 😎
ОтветитьCouldn't Hendrix one time just strum basic chords? I'm running out of creativity here.
ОтветитьGreat video. Keep coming back to it and seeing this I didnt see in the first place. Helps a lot to understand triads though when trying to emulate Jimi H. Thanks!
ОтветитьWhat key would you say this song is in? Because if we based it on the chords ( D and E) we get an A right? But it seems John and Jimi both played the solos in Em or G
ОтветитьHoly Crap ! - what a great freaking lesson ! Kudos Marty
ОтветитьHi I love your lessons but do you play with gravel in your shirt pocket? Why is your guitar so scratched up in such a place? :-)
ОтветитьIf you guys wanna see how this is actually played just search greg accurate hendrix covers. The guy is spot on to my ears. I still appreciate the concepts that marty teaches here, but I think the title should be changed to "in the style of" because he misses a lot of things in this
Ответитьthis is so cool my favorite song when i was a little kid!
Ответитьnope
ОтветитьHey Marty just wanted to say that your a great guitarist and I really appreciate your videos (almost all I know is from them) and I have a song I really really want to learn but I can't find any tutorials on. If you could do a tutorial on how to play rock me baby by Johnny winter that would make me so happy. Thanks for all the Great stuff, hope to see this soon
ОтветитьThat strat gives me a boner
ОтветитьMy LTD F-10 can't produce that sound :(
ОтветитьThanks Marty!
Ответитьone of my favorite songs. might take me a while but im learning it. thanks
ОтветитьNO NO NO!! Why would you post this?!! For people who don't know better this is bad, like really bad and sloppy.
ОтветитьPlease do a lesson of "lover man"
Ответитьbest of all, is your explanation! thank you very much
