Creative Thinking: Re-contextualizing ethical issues

This clip presents an example of Creative Thinking in the Foreign Language Class (Spanish).
The outcome of this learning experience is the product of a series of tasks based on the movie 'El Método', which dealt with ethical issues and elements of leadership and deceit.
Students watched the film and carried out a meticulous character analysis, looking at personality traits, the symbolism of their names, among other elements.
Using the film context as a reference, students were asked to re-contextualize the story and write a short story with characters whose names (in Hindi) reflected the same ideas as the meaning of the original characters' names did. Moreover, students had to develop the situation considering the way it would occur in their culture, including variables and significant cultural differences.
