There was a rumor posted on all the cheat code websites back in the day that if you beat the tournaments hard mode with all the characters you’d unlock super Saiyan 4. My friends and I tried so hard and came close but could never see it through. I have scoured the internet to find video proof of someone executing the task and couldn’t find anyone. It seems like this rumor has long been forgotten can you attempt this and see if you unlock super Saiyan 4? I would love to see a video on this so that we can put this long standing rumor to rest.

Just as a tip, Cell can usually clear people out of the stage in one combo, he's insanely cracked in this mode. If there is no ringout, he's on par with Goku and Frieza
