The self importance of these people is hilarious. They act like these meetings are the most important thing happening but its just a bunch of bored retirees argueing over putting up bunting and planting flowers

Any kids watching this, you know when you argue with each other at school, name calling, bullying etc? And the teacher tells you off and tells you to act considerately, politely, and responsibly?

It doesnt get better when you get older. It gets worse. The insults may change but the psychology is the same.

Adults can be just as petty and immature as kids. The school hard nut or bully becomes a CEO. The manipulative rumour spreader becomes a politician or lawyer.

Some famous politition once said something along the lines of "Anybody who actually wants to become a politition, should immediately be banned from taking up any official office" Some of these parish councillors and low end polititions seem to feel a power they don't actually have, then force it on everyone else. We know that behind closed doors there are meeting like this occurring every week, far more explosive than this one we got to see.

It's like if King Theoden and Emporer Palpatine held a public forum. Ancient Rome wishes its governing body was this dramatic.

Peter Moore is only a minor character but his delivery of "quite rightly" is on point.
