I'd love to explore more of Ubud, but my family's fav hotel in Bali (been going there since childhood,) was in Nusa Dua. It was called 'The Sheraton Laguna,' but is now renamed 'The Laguna Hotel and Spa.' The stretch of hotels and restaurants nearby, along that beach are amazing and the adventure of exploring to find the local market places is just amazing! We always went back to sample more of the local delights (mostly the fruit and the temples performances!) The strain of Hinduism in Bali is really quite unique!

Bali is beautiful, but from 2015 extremely overcrowded and ruined by total misrepresentation from different influencers, instagramers, tiktokers and other bullshitters.

Next time you guys have to travel to Sumba NTT, Indonesia it's a very beautiful place

I loved Ubud. I was there for 3 weeks about 5 years ago. Bali is the best. I returned last year.

I love Bali. Was there enjoying all these places and more for 1month in DEC 19 before Covid became widespread. Amazing people, Delicious Nasi Champor and beautiful scenery! <3
