How To Upgrade ANY CAR Android Stereo Software / Firmware | EASILY | In Hindi

I bout a stereo but it configured to a toyota camry or its the canbus only ??
Anyway I will like to the stereo be just regular for any car or truck. Can it be switched ??

मेरी स्क्रीन साइज़ 1280*480 है और अभी जो नया इंस्टॉल करने के बाद दिखा रहा है 1080*600
जिसकी बज़ह से स्क्रीन पूरी नहीं आ रही है, और ज़्यादा तर option नीचे है जो न दिख रहे है और ना ही टच कर पा रहा हूँ
