My teenage son has a similar problem with wax and dry skin buildup in his ear. I think I’m going to give it a try. Thank you for the review and being brave enough to show what it actually is about to clear out

Wow, thanks for making your video, I watched this and probably wouldn’t have bought the device had I just seen it on Amazon, I did buy it and used it right away and after four tanks of body temp water I was able to have the same result as yours with a large wax blockage coming out. I have had weeks of annoyance with this wax. Amazing device and you instructional video is fantastic. 👏👏

The precision cameras that greatly magnify the inner ear that also lights the area with the soft tip that is for removing the wax is something i use every couple of weeks to keep my ears free of too much wax.
Links to your phone by Bluetooth, so you can also photo or video at the same time.
Got mine from Amazon.
Cost about £25.

Wonder if you can use a waterpik for this

Johnny Rocket - 31.08.2023 04:30

Don't do this. Not only can it be extremely painful, but you can easily injure yourself. You can mess up your equilibrium, damage your eardrum, etc. The best way to clear out the wax is to go to an ear doctor and let them remove it with instruments. They very carefully pick it out. Any time you see a doctor come at you with a big syringe of water to try and flush it out- run.

i made a same thing for a while for me and my daughter with a hydra sense bottle for nose and a bit of light and miror things to watch in ears. i wrap it together on top of nozzle hydrasense bottle with a tape for skin who are strong with water, first time it was so long to out all stuff, now i made it more often to prevent, so i used about five refill bottle roughly the size of those in this video each ears. i finish with 2-3 drop of vegetal oil of any kind and let out for sure to water was all out! so important to out all water!

Seems very over-engineered and primarily another way to flog a lithium polymer battery. I bet the battery isn't user-replaceable. You can buy silicone rubber ear irrigation bulbs which do the same thing (a well-known UK earwax-softening product you can actually buy with the bulb included).
A bulb is easier as it leaves one hand free which you can use to pull the ear up and out a bit to help straighten the outer part of the ear canal as you squeeze the bulb.
Key to preventing ear infections when doing this (with either a bulb or the featured pump) is to use distilled water, NOT tap water, and to disinfect the equipment (both bulb/pump and water container) with some rubbing alcohol before use.

Would there be a problem with a swishing sound after you release water into the ear canal? Just like the swishing sound after swimming and it remains in the ears for some time.

That was a poorly acted disguised advertisement.
Your mistake was that you showed way too much box and referenced an amazon link while you still had to test it.
Act better next time.. you will succeed one day 😂

Or as I learned after asking a doctor about the same condition, you stop by a pharmacy and pick up a rubber ear syringe. Then mix a little warm water and hydrogen peroxide together and gently squirt the mixture into your ear. Once you've cleaned up your chin you store the 2 inch rubber bulb on a shelf in your medicine cabinet and you're done. Pro Tip.

I live in Thailand and suspecting I had a little difficulty with my hearing, having blamed my computer audio system for a number of months, decided I would have an ear inspection. And the proof that I was full of wax was truer than any problem with my computer. The Doctor gave me some drops and gave me instruction how to use them for the next five days and to return if there was not much positive happening. The charge for this was B300 - about $8. I returned after little success and he decided to do the job himself. After 40 minutes, 20 minutes each ear, I was free of wax so old it was black - yuk - a bit embarrassing as well but the effect was so dramatic that I had to cover my ears for the next two days as just about everything I was hearing seemed so loud!! The charge for all the Doctors time, nearly 50 minutes in all was B500 - $14. Yes, $14 and that seems to me to compare very well with the disgusting costs charged elsewhere! I was definitely impressed with this video. I would like to add that I think the light on the device was for the benefit of another person using it (to see well into the ear) for the benefit of the "patient". Another point: If I had been using the device myself, I would have taken off my shirt and done the whole thing in the sink meaning only one hand needed. The sink I would have had some warm water in it and because the ear was already inclined to the sink, discharged water and any foreign bodies would just fall in.

Please, refrain from pushing your ear wax in and impacting it. My left ear will also probably have the same result.

The ole wax plug. I have to clear one of these out of my ears about once every 2 or 3 months. I typically use a manual bulb style. I definitely want one of these now.

In the past one day after waking up from a nap I noticed I lost my hearing. To the point you could stand in front of me yelling I would only see your lips moving. Around here to get a normal doctor office visit could take up to 3 weeks. I could not wait that long so I made a trip to the ER and only took like an 30 mins to see the ER doctor.

Turned out one of my ears was compacted and had a bad infection. The other one had no real wax build up but had a nasty infection the ER doctor said. What's weird is couple days before every thing seemed fine to me.

Right now I don't hear too well in my right ear which I think is just wax build up. I bought a Ear Irrigation Kit from Amazon today and should be here tomorrow since I have prime. The one I ordered looks like the one shown in the video.
