Windows 11 Fresh Install - TPM & Secure Boot Bypass for "This PC can’t run Windows 11"

the only image options for this currently are "Standard Windows Installation" and "Windows to go"

how remowe tpm secureboot check from clean iso and burn to dvd

Nothing works. No rufus, no deleting the dll and not regedit. I think maybe in the iso from Feb2020 Microsoft bypass the bypass

I tried fresh install, it worked great but the booting logo screen is old style horizontal bar like windows 7 booting instead of Windows 11 booting logo.. How do I fix that so booting logo is windows 11 not old style ?
