Cool tutorial. I have a problem with my IVR, after agent hangup user is redirected to IVR again. In IVR Entries, Return is selected as NO. Can you help me with this?

I don't have IVR in Application menu, how can I install this module?

Hey, awesome video I'd just like to ask how do you interupt the IVR? It seems the DTMF should interrupt it but I'm having no luck.

Hello Chris. I know you forte is in FreePBX. Have you used Vicidial as a contact center solution? There was a series Crosstalk did in Vicidial sometime back but it's now somewhat dated and wasn't as deep as the FreePBX series. Are there any plans to do an in-depth updated series for Vicidial?
