God bless Hon. Mr. Gorbachev, he showed to have more strength and courage than any Soviet/Russian leader to this day. It is sad how Putin loyalist call him names like traitor because Putin claims Ukraine is historically apart of Russia, which is a complete lie. Only part of the era of the Russian Empire, and by gun point when joining the USSR although later USSR would give more autonomy to the Soviet States, meaning that Ukraine was not apart of Russia but rather the USSR, which included several other countries. Is Putin planning on invading those next?

How backwards Russia has gone under Putin. Gorbachev was a real leader who made brave and wonderful decisions for the Soviet Union and brought down the Berlin Wall. Putin would put it back up to save his expensive houses and shoes bought with money stolen from the Russian people.

I'm 42 and remember this commercial. Seeing it today with the context of history, the father and son saying, "We have political instability!" "We have freedom!", it breaks my heart that Russia didn't keep that freedom and continue to build on it.
