It could be a that the gloss it self gives that feel of brightness and a bit sharper. Because that is generally the difference between a matt and a glossy finish. Matt is a bitt softer on the eye, less glare and what I normally prefer but colures and sharpens of contours will always pop a bit more in a glossy deck. The way light and materials works

Thank you 😊I have the Indie version but pre-ordered the mass market so i don't have to worry about wearing my Indie version out. Looks like i will be happy with the mass market it is brighter i think but pretty much the same in everything else except the edging and backs. Have a nice weekend 🥰 🌙

🌙 I have the indie version of the deck with the pearl edging, and I love it! However, I have thought about getting the mass-market version just because I could take it with me without being afraid of damaging my “good” deck (in a pouch, not in the ginormous box!) I am glad that you showed how easily the new version shuffles since I’ve had trouble with Liminal 11 decks sticking together before. 🌙

The mass-produced colors are more vibrant, defined images

I agree that the mass production seems 'clearer', it almost feels like the original has a beauty filter over it 😂 which kind of sounds ridiculous, but that's the only way I can describe it 😅

🌜🌕🌛 Hi Natasha. I have the mass market deck on order but it isn't released yet in Canada 🇨🇦. So I've got to wait a while still. I'm looking forward to getting it. I have to say that I prefer the mass market over the indie, but the difference is so subtle except for the extra card which is very exciting.

The colours look more vivid in the mass market one. And I like the bluish back of the cards. Yet, I still love my indie deck. 😊

Just a few cards in, and I'm already loving how brighter and clearer the mass market copy looks. I was a bit disappointed with the coloring of the indie copy when I got mine. It looked a lot brighter on IG photos. So I may have to grab the mass market!

I have the indie and plan on getting the mass market version. Glad to know the carstock does NOT feel like the Modern Witch Tarot. That one is hard for me to shuffle.
