Hi, this video was very useful and I did some cleaning, but still my storage have a lot of used Gb that I didn’t use. When I click on Macintosh HD, Users, my folders info ( says that is 160gb ) but when i click on my folder and see the folders in it, non of them is this big and all of them combined don’t even makes it close to 160gb. I really don’t know what it is and what’s going on and how to fix it. This morning there wasn’t a problem and in the afternoon I saw it, and I’ve wanted how the gigabytes are getting bigger, when my laptop was only left with 7Gb free storage and it stopped. I think I’m in really bad situation. Please if you have some ideas or someone else do, share with me, I’ll be very grateful, thank you very much, I appreciate it 😩😩😩

Great clear job. I’m visiting my daughter in Iceland. She says she has very bad pop ups when she uses Safari. There are a lot of steps here( well down!). My question is I did a clean install on her MBP and there still there. What do you recommend? How do I install her stuff again without that crap coming? Appreciate your time

I did first aid on the drives. I did Malwarebytes and Avast. I'm the only profile. I cleared safari. I updated my Mac. No login items. No documents. Should I delete the anti virus anti malware apps even though I'm still getting fake mcafee virus pop ups

I have a question: After uninstalling Avast, there are still crumbs/ files in the Finder. Do I remove everything completely like Malwarebytes?

Very helpful video. I removed the Malware ‘Bing’ redirect on my mac. I just followed the steps. Didn’t have to do virus scan as malware scan was enough to remove it. Thank you 🕺🏻
