How to remove another audio tracks of mkv video except your language & Convert mp4 using VLC Player

While the video is useful, it isn't what I was looking for. VLC media player has a few built-in commands I am trying to find still, one removes all audio tracks and another adds back one of them (I would select the English one) and then it would convert the video ( I would convert to mp4, if it wasn't already converted to mp4). It was only 3 commands added in the edit options portion of More Options at the bottom of the conversion file selection part. It's mildly annoying as I had the code and found it in under 20 minutes of looking last time and now I have looked for a few hours and can't find it :(
