I’m thoroughly struggling right now to set boundaries with my dark side. For as long as I’ve been able to make my own decisions, I can see that nearly every difficult thing I’ve been through was either caused by or made worse by my dark side. It’s so powerful and it scares me because I know what it’s capable of. Anyone know of any books, videos etc that help with being at peace with their own personal Babadook?
