Tip. Point your thumb in the direction you're looking at while doing pushups.

ОтветитьIf this is for begginer I dont know how weak my shoulders are.
Cant even do 1 push up with female-push up!
Although in sit ups I can do 33-35 rep in 2mins.
In plank- 30sec to 1.15 mins.
I hope in no time I can do 25 push up in 2 mins.
I really need to if I will apply for Army.
Ps. Whenever someone reply here, it will be my reminder to practice hard.
