Hi Julian, i have a problem with gig thumbnail resolution. When I upload the image for the gig thumbnail and when I save and preview all the gig thumbnails have bad quality, it's not extremely bad but it's worse, and when I go to the thumbnail and click on the option to display in full screen the resolution is perfect, do you have any recommendations which dimensions to use for the thumbnail and in which file format, and how to solve that problem in general, I read on the forums and saw that many people have the same problem, but I didn't find a solution anywhere

Oh damn... I just paid a freelancer on fiver to create a thumbnail for my gig. I am posing as a graphic designer too. am I in trouble?! haha

Good information, I agree with all the points expecially the last one about leaving your system logged on to Fiverr, I believe that this can be done via the mobile app as well. It is for the very reason given that Fiverr thinks that if you are online you would be available to respond to gigs faster

I totally agree with you about Fiverr pushing profiles that are newer and not ranked yet liked mine, when im online i appear on there pages as they dont have many people like you say actually live online so it gives me a better chance. 1. Whats the perfect size for gig thumbnails? ( if I use the fiverr suggested one the top and bottom becomed cropped)
2. I have a video and an image on my gig, but I want the image to be at the front as a thumnail, is there any method to achieve this?
3. I have a gig thats quite old. So, should I apply these methods to the old one or do you recommend that I create a new one?
