Cleaned the keyboard it with a toilet paper, watched so many videos,was with our IT support. Nothing worked. Finally one last time, I tried to search and got your video, used a wet wipe and cleaned the keyboard again and boom the ctrl alt del worked and I could login. You’ve saved me a lot of trouble.

Consider it's better to use a vacuum cleaner to suction the dirt, instead of blowing it all over. Also, vacuum has a brush which will help. Then remove the keys and soak them in mild soapy water and clean them. Cleaning with keys removed is easier.
The one time I used alcohol, it discolored the finish on the plastic, which was grey.

Best way is to remove all the keys and really clean the area underneath the keys. Problem is, not all keyboards can be cleaned this way. I had a Logitech keyboard and when I tried to remove a key, the clip underneath the key broke and I couldn't put it back on. I've had better luck with other brands like A4tech.

Thanks, other products are expensive but q-tips is an effective method. 1st I used my sisters (clean) makeup brush to remove outer dirt and used q tips to clean in between keys
