Before Hero Protein, Edward was in food and beverage industry profession for 14 years, specializing in local sourcing, importing food ingredient, and commercial kitchen equipment. He has rich experience with food ingredients, working with international manufacturers: Lamb Weston, McCain foods, Mission foods, Tyson, Hormel, etc. Edward used to work with a local plant-based protein products manufacturer Jiangsu Hongchang (Vege farm) foods on beef patty project for Burger King China.
