The Best NO SETUP Go To Card Trick EVER MADE!

This trick is far too convoluted. There are too many steps, and flips, and weird unnecessary events. The best tricks are ALWAYS simple, straightforward and definitely not convoluted.

Nice card trick, but when the title promises 'the best card trick ever made'.... it should be more. Able to follow every move... disappointing...

I want a trick where you get their card wrong and then you “accidentally” drop a card that so happens to be their card

Yeh, this doesn't work for me, the aces at the end, it was easy to see what you were doing, and I could see the double card at the bottom in your palm. Won't work for those people that like to pay really close attention I reckon.

I dont like this trick at all. At least the way you preformed it. You held and manipulated the cards in an extremely odd manner would be a massive red flag for a spectator

If they choose and Ace, just ask the spectator to choose a face card rank/set and perform the same trick with the JACKS, QUEENS or KINGS and it looks great.

COOL trick. BUT, literally EVERY move is a 'setup' so making the title say "NO SETUP" is kinda backwards. There IS setup, beginning right from the first thing of separating Aces, to how you make a break, and where you set the card of the spectator. Even then, there is still more setup, to make sure the card lands on the top- and literally every move after depends on how carefully and gracefully you set up the pile of "4" cards LOL. Nonetheless, very cool.

I do a variation on this. If the spectator picks an ace then just say something like, "I need some help from my ladies to figure out you card" then just find queens. "I need my boys to help me out with this" then you use kings or jacks. I vary what I use so I am casual and don't look thrown. Aces are obviously exchangeable for any 4 cards of the same

I dont know why but the presentation looks very poor...handling of the cards is not smooth..i am here to learn... your videos have helped me a lot...but even being a beginner, I could see jerky fishy hand movements

Hey

During the card selection you can improve the trick by saying something like "The only question I'll ask to help me find your card is 'Is your card an ace?'" to make it seem like part of the magic rather than the setup for the trick. If they say yes, you can switch the trick to work with any other card before the next step.
After that, during the part where you fish out the aces/other chosen cards you can hand the audience the bottom half of the deck and ask them to help you take out the chosen cards out and add "your card might be there, don't worry about it"; That way they're busy with half of the deck and you don't need to be as subtle with looking up their card and they get the impression the location of the card could have been in their half of the deck.
My slight of hand is lacking, and my solution to that is more misdirection.

The only part I thought looked off on the original demo of the trick was the double lift you have to do when you have 3 cards left, where it was obvious you too from the bottom and not the top, because taking from the bottom and putting it back on the bottom looks strange. but none the less nice trick!

I dunno. I'm not so impressed. The person performing is obviously a very skilled magician, and his skill with cards is amazing. But the trick is fairly complex, and even as a total noob viewer, I could immediately spot that this is not just 4 cards in his hand, and that he is not just turning around a single card at a time. It looks like he's holding 10 cards or more. And it looks unnatural to pull over cards with such a tight grip. Sure, there are some parts I couldn't directly figure out, but as a spectator, you just feel it is unnatural and confusing. I tend to think that the spectator can either be amazed or be confused; not both at the same time. Please don't take this as an offense, but just as my humble opinion.

Here’s an idea I had: when you pull the four aces out of the deck and have to put the specific suit on top, just set them in a 2x2 square and pick them up around in a circle so the one you want is last. That way you don’t pick them up in a weird order and look like you’re controlling one in particular, and it would look kinda cool
