I dont understand what I'm doing wrong, there's no thing to select pet battles

My goofy friend Pauck doesnt have pet battling learned!! HAHA XD

I tried the two-pet strategy, but my third pet doesnt get any EXP ):

ok but... where do i get my first ever pet if i have none to begin with? i can't battle to capture without one. your guide tells me nothing for this.

This is a nice video but id love an updated one, maybe with more info on helpful addons and websites. I want to get into high level pet battling for collecting and gold but i got no idea what im doing. i cant even do the dragonflight daily battles because i need specific rare pets all level 25 and i dont even got any max 25 stones or rare quality stones or even pet charms. meanwhile seasoned pet veteran prob has 100+ 25 stones, rare stones and thousands of pet charms and like 300+ level 25 pets. it seems like i cant even get off the ground.

The first step is my problem. Audrey doesnt give me any quests or anything... Im kinda stuck there with alliance. My Horde avatar is fine tho. O.o Alliance avatar is one back from when I last played during Cata, the Horde avatar, is a fresh just started DF one. I dont get it.

The question is how to level them? I want to get into pet battles in dragonflight and I discovered I have to walk around other zones to level up pets instead of enjoying the new content.

The npc's dont offer me the option to do battles. Am I missing something?
