ОтветитьThe workout itself was nice, but the transitioning between the moves tripped me up a lot. There were no verbal queues, meaning I had to scramble out of position to squint at my screen to see what was coming next, then scramble to set up with a few seconds to spare, often having to pause to prep for the next move. Having verbal instructions to know what's coming and how I need to position would have taken some of the stress out of the whole process. =/
