An asteroid is going to wipe humans out anyway.
ОтветитьThe problems doesn't stop at people who are addicted. But affects their families and society where they live as crime rises like prostitution and theft to pay for the drugs. STD increases and now you have a multi angled monster freak crisis. I think we should be like Malaysia with drugs. Extremely hard
ОтветитьDestroying the poppy feilds led to fentenal. And now we have an even worse problem
ОтветитьIf you reach out to take drugs in the first place, you are not worthy of the gift of life.
Ответитьi get that prohibtion and enforcement won't do jack shit, only make it worse
but this "whole human" approach is unaffordable with our current economic systems
health-care, care for elderly, care in general, unemployment benefits, etc. they all run red in nigh every developed country
until our species understands that capitalism (atleast in it's current form) ain't a solution, but a problem none of this is gonna get better
football players earning millions, politicians and their friends/family beeing set for live, meanwhile a majority barely survives...yet still it is always the "Ausländer" that is the issue
when will this shit-show-cycle end?
i fear i know the answer
just seen this comment and it shows how little people know about these things and how they've been manipulated:
OP: Wait until people in Britain find out about the massive harm caused by the super widely available drug Alcohol?
commenter: Is this supposed to be sarcasm in favor of drugs because alcohol is legal?
OP: No
and good on them, most people have never looked at a 'most harmful drugs' graph - alcohols at number 1. but it also proves British people (not all) just look at alcohol as something else, thats worked thanks to the term 'drugs.....AND alcohol' to seperate them for the public's perception. i asked my gran what her new heart 'drug', instead of 'medicine', was and she asked what drugs have to do with this?
It's like the UK public perception is - legal: with alcohol (not a drug to loads) with tobacco/nicotine (boo cigs but yay the drug itself, nicotine, in vapes and gums/pouches)
we can congratulate drugs on winning the war on drugs, legalise and regulate and treat.
ОтветитьChina is flooding the US with fentanyl also.
ОтветитьSwitzerland experienced problems with open use and needles discarded in I believe, Geneva. It was solved by making sure users could have safe doses in a clinical environment, it worked as I believe. England will be light years behind enlightened countries, hopefully the new govt could grasp the horns.
ОтветитьIt'll be synth there and tranqs in us is the next wave.
This is y taking over speed industries matters.
Meth will be the cheapest.
Cocaine made cheap=crack.
Italians run yayo. I love italians. I love yayo.
But i love principles more.
Instead of them clinging to keep italy above water they need to be realistic and establish another area that won't go underwater.
My personal opinion.
Speed will be the street counter to the harsher opiates or tranquilizers however that only aids in the chemical programming.
Like done to me, kat, pattycakes, n so many others.
Its be much much easier to aid them in establidhing a legitimate back up for our people instead of just doing as old.
You do not want italys women and children at the behest of chemically sexualized countries with immigrants being the only thing they have that cares for them.
These reasons are y i need money instead if waiting around.
People to talk to.
Besides does America want speed running rampant when were hit again or do we want to slowly make it so drugs and the people on them can be taken serious.
Just saying.
Denmark is a role model
ОтветитьWe have been trying to get consumption rooms in Scotland fir years and westminster kept blocking it finally Glasgow got the ok heres hoping it can roll out
ОтветитьThe problem with UK heavy drug users they have no morals that's the difference
ОтветитьEurope is years ahead. America should take some notes on how to deal with the drug epidemic.
ОтветитьThese social workers are the absolute salt of the earth. What wonderful humans.
Ответитьwant to ACTUALLY fix it? make it legal NOT decriminalised but legal so it can be regulated and taxed then that can pay for treatment and such for those that need it along with education for prevention in schools and such, less deaths will also happen through bad product, we have less people smoking in this country than people who do coke so legality is not the issue
before anyone tries to cry i'll put it this way stop making the government your god and law your morality modern governments do not care about you they want power thats it and LOVE people like you that happily give up your rights for the PERCEPTION of safety
Well well well 3 years clean 😢
ОтветитьDenmark, one of those rare places where common sense is actually common.
ОтветитьDid we really got to point were we say "give them heroin back"
Ответитьthey're right, stop labelling them as just 'junkies', most people have no idea what they've gone through, or what they're going through, they're human!
ОтветитьOur leaders lied to us. The Crown has been the most prolific drug dealer in history. They started with tobacco moved to opium and alcohol. They fought wars to assure their trade in this filth. DO NOT HAVE FAITH THAT THEY WILL SAVE YOU. SAVE YOURSELVES. FIGHT FOR YOUR COMMUNITIES.
ОтветитьNote that the addicts they interviewed in Copenhagen all spoke English. Humans, intelligent people, suffering. They deserve better.
ОтветитьI have seen grannies dealing with the UK police, justice system, and boaderforce in crisis. It would not get better anytime soon.
ОтветитьHarm reduction has not worked look at San Francisco and other supervised consumption sites. Recovery is the only solution
Ответить⚠️ Sad, but true...
However, we need to prepare properly for this oncoming storm and work more collectively as a society to help mitigate these real issues...
Best fkin to to beat this is STOP being a fkin junkie
ОтветитьGo to Frankfurt it’s already in Europe won’t be long until Bristol, London, Manchester and other uk drug hubs.
ОтветитьMarijuana... used for thousands of years, banned for less than 100. Very odd decision if alcohol and tobacco and some opioids are still legal.
ОтветитьThe Danish approach is inspirational. The UK's drug policy is so bad. So frustrating.
ОтветитьFantastic piece, really good summary. We need decriminalization now.
Ответитьjust don't inject the drug into yourself, seem pretty easy
ОтветитьSince the Taliban wiped out drugs in their country, perhaps Taliban advisers could be useful in the UK.🤔
ОтветитьLegalisation
ОтветитьI will just say that you do not want to legalize if there is lots of fentanyl in the marketplace. We've tried that in San Francisco and Portland, and it has led to huge increases in addiction and associated mental health issues, robbery, violence and deaths. You need to get monitored housing and treatment set up first.
ОтветитьWestern society is too accomodating to recreational drug use, that is drugs taken for fun, to look cool or to score social points. These people already "gained" something using those drugs and therefore the taxpayers in general shouldn't even be made to pay one even half a penny to do anything to accomodate to these addicts. Not even half a penny.
ОтветитьThe crisis is a big reason why the mortality rate in the United States now is much higher than it used to be.
This is seen the centers for disease control statistics.
The biggest looming threat of health is the increasing bodyweight average in the United States. 50% of people will be obese by 2030.
Food manufactures and medical organizations, profit greatly from poor eating habits and ignorance
It's called Starmeritus - stimulates the anger glands until you're overwhelmed by your own hatred.
ОтветитьThe police and government are corrupt
ОтветитьMake it LEGAL
Ответить🙏🙏🙏🏥😡🌎🐑🐑
Kensington and Allegheny Avenue Temple University Hospital Philadelphia USA 🇺🇸
FIRE GEORGE CHIDI 🤡🤡
ОтветитьLook out Vancouver her we come….services drained to the hilt…. Councils broke …..
Ответитьscotland has had safe use policies for decades. I don't know why they're saying this is a new thing. It has had very little effect on drug deaths
ОтветитьAnother crisis being important into the country by foreigners 😢
ОтветитьLets face it, the drugs are part of a much bigger picture. the war on drugs never existed the NSA has all communications.
ОтветитьOpioid addiction actually destroyed my life. I started doing drugs 18 years ago as a teenage. Got addicted to opioid. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Was actually diagnosed with OCD. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 4 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.
ОтветитьDont you worry the synthetic drugs are already on your doorstep
ОтветитьNaloxone doesn't work on the new synthetic opioids that are out there now!
ОтветитьMigrants...
ОтветитьThanks for the afghan stash. It's the backbone to all our pharmaceutical drug.
