How can I send a polite friendly reminder email to my supervisor when I need to leave early/ get late to work? , there are a few times that I have doctor’s appointment, tests, trainings scheduled at very random dates or times. I am a Pre-K teacher assistant.

How can I politely reach out to someone who is supposed to connect with me about potential employment opportunities but hasn’t done so. I want to ask if they’re still interested in doing that without sound pushy or putting any unnecessary pressure on them. Also, how can I offer if they’d refer me to someone more open to helping me with opportunities at that same company? Thank you!
