Recording yourself while presenting to a prospect is very important. This video is all about “why” it’s important and what kind of results you can expect after you go back and listen to what you really sound like while making your presentation to a live prospect, coming right up…

Ok so guys, really quick, if you have never recorded yourself while making a final expense sales presentation to a live prospect, you have been cheating yourself and your prospects. All you have to do is stick a little recording device in your pocket and turn it on before going into the prospect’s house.
The simple fact is this… what you think you sound like during your presentation and what you actually sound like to the prospect, are 2 totally different things. The first time I played back a recording of myself, from a live presentation, I was disgusted. I could hear the doubt and insecurity in my voice. I said stupid stuff that had no relevance or value. No wonder I wasn’t making many sales.
I played that recording over and over and started making changes based upon what I heard. Within days of changing what I didn’t like about what I was saying and doing, my sales numbers started to jump up. Then my confidence went up… Then the sales numbers went up again. Bamm!
I gotta wonder how many good agents won’t take the time to record themselves and in turn, end up scaring off their prospects who end up dying without life insurance. Not Good!
So look, here is my promise to you. If you will record yourself, whether you are a new agent or have been selling final expense for years, I guarantee when you play it back, that you’re gonna hear something in the presentation that you can change immediately. By making that change, you will be better at presenting and closing and I promise you that your sales numbers will go up just like mine did.
