ОтветитьI’m 46 and been training on and off the last 30 years. I didn’t do the load up but just took 3g daily and after 3 weeks I’m seeing improvement. I look more cut and definitely have more energy. Also haven’t experienced any stomach problems.

ОтветитьI feel very weak after I started taking creatine. I do workouts thrice a week and also drink a lot of water but nothing seems to give me that boost of energy. I feel tired all the time. Although, I can now recover better from my workouts soreness which is a plus.

Taking 20g of creatine in 1 shot is very dangerous. Loading phases are not supposed to be difficult. They're really not a big deal. But you need to take them spread over the whole day. Many young and impressionable people who watch your videos might see this and think that getting those terrible side effects are all part of the process when they're not.
I would like to see this experiment but on a woman🤔 I’m also starting to get into exercising more, and i was wondering if creatine would be a good thing for me as a woman

What is the best calorie packer I can down really fast to get a couple of thousand extra calories a day? At 2500-3000 a day, I don't gain or lose weight. I need at least 4000 a day to gain a half pound per week typically, but I'm older now, and haven't been to the gym in a few years.

Ответитьsorry, mb it's out of the topic, but i forgot to seal my creatine, so it opened for 3 weeks long in dry place ofc, is it still drinkable? cause the smell lil bit different, there's a lot of small clump and contaminated with a bit dust..just ask cause there's still a lot left in it. thanks!
