if I cleaned the developer cartridge and emptying it from the powder then I installed it totally empty and clean without refilling it with developer powder, is it able to print using a refilled toner powder mixed with developer powder in the toners them selfs not in the developers cartridges ?
or I have to refill the developers with developer powder even the developer powder mixed in the toner powder ?
