I have heard lots of stories where you buy a mobile home in a park and they raise the lot prices beyond what an average person can pay. the purpose of buying a mobile home is the price is right and the lot price usually reasonable.

Its a 1973. Do you know what that means? It was built before there were any building codes for mobile homes and its a piece of garbage and more likely to burn down. That's why they established building codes in 1976 for homes built in 1977.
