It would be great if you showcase more real life examples.
Especially I'm interested in small business cases.

You talk mostly about Nestle, Unilever, Nike, Cocacola and similar mega-companies, which is interesting but maybe not so useful.

Interesting to see successful cases.
And especially NOT_succesfull with analyze (post mortem) to avoid confirmation bias .
