Ok… I stopped playing games (in the real sense, not just for research and references) maybe a decade ago, this… this masterpiece broke that multi-year hiatus full force, got it on the Switch if the devs are curious. Found myself at times at 6am slashing away at sin and guilt.
But man, this trailer has things that either I hope make an appearance on the sequel, get explained or something. Even 5 years ago it was already beyond epic.
Thanks for this game, it was a blast… the mood, the music, the horror, the pixel art (that’s how I got into it, watching pixel art tutorials someone mentioned it), the voices, the lore and discovering it through items and dialogs.

Is there an option to turn off the stupid annoying screen shake gimmick??

is a bit sad most of those areas didnt get into the final game, i loved more the background design and general aesthetic it had in this trailer, still is the best metroidvania i have played and i cant wait to give support to its sequel

I love how no bs this trailer is lol. "Kill stuff!" Game's is really fun too.

And All the unused content( the beads, bosses) you name it
It's most of the cool stuff was removed like the cutscenes at the beginning of the trailer, falling into a pit, a March of skeletons and armaduras, flagellants kneeling to you, being chased by a bunch of ghosts

those kickstarting scenes they look a lot better than the actual game

hope the scenes that were not used on this trailer are used in future dlc stir of dawn was awesome

Madre mía, menudo cambio que ha dado este juegazo en 3 años. Menuda nostalgia jugar la demo en la gamepolis de 2017, qué maravilla.

Compre el juego hace un año pero lo jugué recientemente hace un mes, no se porque tarde tanto en darle una oportunidad, llevo 40hrs de juego simplemente cuando empiezo no puedo parar, es muy bueno.
Y les quisiera agradecer la llegada del dlc gratuito con las mejoras visuales, los añadidos en animación y el tan esperado doblaje al español, agradezco mucho su esfuerzo y les estoy tremendamente agradecido.

I just love this game. I would very much like you to make the third season of this game. I believe that such games should not be ignored. So run a fundraiser on a kickstarter. Just finished a 100% run, with both endings. Ohhhh boy what a ride its been, can't wait to see more stuff from The Game Kitchen!

After 100% the game and looking back at this first trailer, I can see quite a few changes, most notably, the baby fight. Another thing changed is the placement of enemies, it seems that at some point, you guys had them fit more naturally in the world, performing actions, like praying and more, rather than just waiting for the player to come. Its a shame that dindn't make it in the game, maybe in the next one.
The final product met the expectations, imo, great job, and keep up the good work.

This game is perfect, I am attracted to this character like crazy, love his conical helmet and attitude.A world of pain and misery, thx for the developers to make a great classic with truely awesome art
