Guys dont buy amazefit watch, there is no service centre and no customer care, i purchased this gstr3 pro for 19k, and after 1.5 year, its touch is not working and they are saying this product is not repairable, and cost of replacement is 10k, very bad experience

Amazfit product is good All the features and battery life everything is good, but if product become faulty... That's it customer service is very worse, i am waiting from December 2022 still replacement not happened to me. Customer service will say no stock only in February i may get, i am using amazfit GTR 3 Pro.. think before u buy amazfit. It's feb 3rd still no replacement happened, customer service called to give a low price watch like amazfit t rex is 8k watch instead of the GTR 3 pro 19k. That is how worse it is.. pls don't buy it

Like normally I wear earbuds, so when someone calls me and if I answer the call from my watch, so will the audio from the person calling me will come through the earbuds or the watch? And during an ongoing call do we have an option to change the audio from watch to phone and vice-versa?

Why I don't need costly smart watch?

Reasons:
I wear 1000₹ (Still costly for me) watch and still it shows perfect time.
I do exercises at least half hour before dawn - No tracking required.
I do walking/running/cycling half n hour daily (After dinner) - No tracking required.

I use cell phone for voice call - Isn't it enough ?
I still use Sony Walkman/Cell phone to listen music - Don't need watch for that.
I use hand torch/mobile torch - It is perfectly fine.
I drink water minimum 3 liters/Day (I have 1 liter water bottle) and never felt dehydrated - No tracking required.
I eat 3 times a day (Break fast, Lunch, Dinner) still don't feel lazy - I do exercise - No tracking required.
I know which season is currently running based on that I wear cloths - No tracking required.
I use cell phone/table watch alarm - No watch required.
I sleep at least 8 hours and wake up fresh - No stress tracking required.
I breath properly - no tracking required.
I am still alive and my heart still beats and I know that -"Why the hack I need watch for that?" - still thinking.

Better go for Galaxy watch 3..I regretted after buying this watch

Waste watch... No all time on display available... If 30 sec set to keep display on then it turns off in 5 sec... Watch lags and gets struck badly when you connect mobile apps for notifications... Can't respond to messages... Native language fonts show as boxes in notification... Outdoor visibility is not that great for Summer days... Very limited watch faces....
