In europe is not allowed to wash eggs, so we have to throw then in the trash. If you find eggs on the pasture, how to know that, those eggs are fresh, and not was on the 30 degree sunlight for 2 or more days... I dont want to eat them..

Why don’t you have a person or two bring the empty crates and taking the full crate to the trailer while the other people gathering the eggs. It seems that it would be faster.

Hell will be full of noisy chickens.

Great info...Hard work. I used to do that in Nor Cal in a large chicken ranch. There's really no faster way.
