Budgie sounds and happy bath in bird fountain

I bought one of these, and so far my budgies won't go near it. It's been 6 weeks. Today I tried playing this video near the fountain. I'm hoping they will get the message. :)

I have to wait until I move out to have budgies but I keep watching videos of them and they are so precious and special little guys I cannot wait to adopt

Budgie took a bath in the watermelon rind.

I used to have one budgie who took a bath in the celery and watermelon which was cute and funny. No other budgies I had did same.

Can you use any kind of water fountain? I looked it up on Amazon and there are a bunch of them. Only one of them said, “...with one replacement filter for birds”. Does that mean we can only use the one that has filter for birds or can we use whichever?
