ОтветитьYou can actually burn fat and put muscle on at the same time if you do 16/8 fasting, carbs on workout day, high fat on the rest. EAA through the day though I don't think that in particular is necessary. Google leangains. I'm not an affiliate. It won't be as fast of a muscle gain as a pure bulk but probably more healthy and sustainable.

ОтветитьI’ve been intermittent fasting/ time restricted eating 20/4 for the last 2 month. It’s the easiest diet/ lifestyle I’ve used. I literally eat Chipotle everyday and have never been more ripped. I not worry about what to eat 5 times a day, I just don’t eat.
