I just found the 2023 model with an RTX 4070. That is the sad part since a rtx 4070 with only 8gb vram wont be able to render 4k videos with effects and color grading.

Can you use that pen on regular Z16?

Best for editing, also was it best for gaming?

the space bar button of this laptop is a nightmar, when you click on the edges of that spacebar, the action is not triggered, the keyboard pressing satisfaction is not quit good. also the laptop heat is very high, sometimes CPU reaches 85 degrees, NOTE : during this comment spacebar didnt work 4 times. so make sure you press the spacebar anywhere near to the center.

Do they always has to put these childish emblems on pro laptops? As if it was targeted for rich mindless influencer kids who has to have flashing leds and dragons. All that matters is high quality, solid metal body, speed, power, good cooling, nice layout comfortable keyboard, great touchpad, accurate screen and PORTS. Everything else is irrelevant.

There is a bug in this laptop. When you start a Windows update the screen wil have a white glow.

Macs half the price if that 4K price tag is real. Plus a PC with an i9 and 40series GPU is also wayyyy cheaper. That price tag is not worth the portability and touch screen…however, that’s one sexy laptop

A performance comparaison vs the MacBook Pro is a must.

Liked the laptop, but my problem with all this is the fact that, as your audience, we all now your workflow mostly revolves around MacOs. Not that is Chris fault, he's getting paid to promote a product and anyone in his position would do the same. But maybe companies should now that it doesn't sit well to do this kind of stuff with someone that is known for not using these products.

I have the MSI creator 15 from two years ago , recently bought a macbook 14 pro and honestly
I like my macbook more than my MSI. My MSI creator 15 just became my gaming laptop now.

My MSI creator also has a touchscreen and I never used it.
My macbook is silent and cannot hear fans! My MSI is like an airplane !
if I am not plugged in I lose a lot of performance while my macbook stays performant wether it's on battery power or plugged in.
Battery life is insane on macbook , since day one battery life on my MSI has been around 2 hours when video editing, my macbook lasts 8 hours.

I am not hating on windows but for content creators on the go Apple is a clear winner in my book

Hey I'm not hating but this feels not sincere. If you compare that to any MacBook with an M-chip you have no power advantage whatsoever. Especially considering battery life...

I've been using the bigger brother, the Z17, for the last few months ever since my desktop died (16 core 1950X CPU/RTX 3080), it's pretty crazy how much better the laptop runs Adobe Premiere

What about battery, speakers and fan noise? I think a MacBook Pro M1 is a better choice, if you don‘t need Windows. The touchscreen and Pen are a great feature.

I do not normally react to advertisements, but this laptop does look promising if you're not really into the fruity one...

But what about availability in Europe?

I currently own a MSI GF63 Thin 95C gaming laptop and I use it for all my content creation needs and I love it!! The one thing it is missing though is the SD card reader... but shooting 1st Gen Nikon Z cameras they take a XQD card so I have to have a different card reader that plugs into the SD ports but it is super fast when uploading/downloading and my wifi is faster on it then any laptop or PC I have owned in the past. I have had my laptop just over 2 years now and nowhere near needing an upgrade... but when I do I am 100% sticking with MSI and getting this creator laptop

I like my MSI too, a bit older but still strong for 4k and 5k... 8k is too much 😁
