ОтветитьI can’t find it on my 05 Chrysler 300 3.5 v6 engine
Ответитьshould the continuity test be done with key off or on acc?
ОтветитьYOU'RE AWESOME! Can't even count how many videos I've watched, 3 service manuals, and unlimited shade tree idiots advice. Your video explains PERFECTLY how to test the sensor and wiring! Found my problem! THANK YOU!!!
ОтветитьI got 5V on signal cable when the sensor is or not connected what does it mean? I got 5k Ohms
ОтветитьSo smart 👊
ОтветитьEXCELLENT clip.
Especially for me who absolutely is shitty in this subject, but currently strugling with my old Slk Mercedes and have p0107 code.
Tomorrow gonna make same tests.
Thank you for that 👏👍
This sensor is before the throttle body. Looks more like a MAF sensor. The MAP sensor sits behind the throttle body.
ОтветитьNice video!
ОтветитьGreat video. Good information and very good at explaining. Thank you.
ОтветитьVery helpfull and clear explanation...
Blessing fella☺️☺️
Thanks excellent video & perfect explanation, take care blessings
ОтветитьWhat about p0106
ОтветитьGREAT VIDEO. BUT PLEASE MENTION IN YOUR VIDEOS THAT NOT ALL SENSORS CAN BE TESTED USING RESISTENCE TESTING. HAL EFFECT SENSORS WITH GET DAMAGED
ОтветитьGreat video, the messed up part for me is that my map censor is intergraded to the EGR so it's expensive 🤦🏻👍
ОтветитьGood videos
ОтветитьI tested at 2.7 volts on my fuel rail pressure sensor. Is this also bad...
ОтветитьThank you very much use full video
ОтветитьBig thanks for the insights and easy to understand detail tutorials.
ОтветитьThanks so much. You have helped me a lot
Ответитьp0174???
Ответитьyou are a living legend sir! you were super clear and imformative, where as everyone else were just telling me what to do but not explaining why.... i have p0108, i replaced the map but still have the code, should i start looking for vacuum leaks?
ОтветитьThank you sir...very informative
ОтветитьGreat information vidio! My 2008 gmc sierra was giving me a p0107 code. I put a new map sensor on it. It didn't help. I back probed the map sensor plug and the reading fluctuated dramatically. Turned out to be a bad place in the wiring. Fixed the wiring and truck runs great now . Hope this helps someone.
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThnxs bro VERY GOOD tutorial
ОтветитьWhat if you don’t see a reading of the map sensor I’m getting 0.00 with ignition on and off
ОтветитьI just bought a meter like that, and that is the first thing I will test tomorrow ( The MAPsensor) . I needed this video.
ОтветитьAwesome video great detail covering everything i needed no useless information about it 👍thanks4 your help
ОтветитьGod bless you! You were clear and understandable. You rock!
ОтветитьPerfect 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
ОтветитьI got a P0107 code two weeks ago. Car runs great, perhaps better than ever. Mileage is up! So how likely is it that my Map Sensor is bad?
ОтветитьThank you your explanation very helpful
Ответитьgood job , thanks a lot .
ОтветитьMy Mercedes w203 Sensor map is located next to the maf sensor is with 3.44v is the other atmospheric pressure map sensor of the intake manifold is 1.98v. Some ideals?
In the back comes a white smoke with a strange smell?
Nice Video; I got a question bro, when you checked for the 5V on the red wire right, could you also have inputted the black lead on your voltmeter device in the middle port slot on your connector to use it as ground in that process ?. Rather than what you did. Also im trying to measure the voltage for a connector going to a sensor in my car right; my question is this; The book im using as a repair guide for my car is telling me to measure the voltage between terminals number 1 and 2, then between terminal 2 and 3,
1-->> Power side
2-->> Sensor Ground
3-->> Signal
So from wacthing your insightful video, correct me if im wrong right, but the (2) wire is mentioned twice because when testing for volt, you need a ground side right ?
Also another question, can you get 5V from the other two wires in the video ?
Please respond asap TYVM !! :)
thanks
ОтветитьThat's brilliant mate; thank you from an old School Panel beater. Well, well explained cheers:)
Ответить2013 chevy equinox 2.4l.. i changed my Map sensor and checked the wires and d voltage are good but the check engine light comes back on with the same Code.. please help
ОтветитьI have two wires in my 3 pin harness reading 5v.. this tells me theres a wiring problem correct? What/where do I go from here?
ОтветитьThis is so far the best and most instructive video on MAP sensors I have seen, short and concise You got a new Prenum, and no irritating music or weird sounding in the background
ОтветитьIf you don't check sensor with Vacuum pump and meter you're not going to know if it is truly functioning properly :) The sensor costs a whopping $9.00 on Amazon :) Took me 10 minutes to order it and 1 minute to install it and boom! Problem solved :) I guess I'm more into fixing than I am testing :) Great video instructional on that old scanner :)
ОтветитьYou're awesome great video thank you
Ответить2000 4.0 jeep
I'm getting P1296 after I replaced the IAC & TPS. Cleaned the throttle body, changed the spark plugs and replaced a broken vacuum boot. Stalls at low speed, stops and deceleration. If I replace the MAP and still stalls, what's next??
God bless you. Thanks for the video buddy!
ОтветитьWouythis code throw after upgrading turbo and seeing more boost?
