Need some advice. I have a Venice property before the release of collections. Have a couple hundred thousand upx. Waiting for a Florida city. Should I buy 2 more Venice LA properties or wait? I'm thinking ye to complete the collection, but want another opinion. I keep checking on Venice and there are still a bit of properties left

Question - someone wants to sell me their Bel Air collection for $1450, over 36,000 upx a month. Good deal? Anyone?

I barely sell properties. I focus on getting as many collections with higher amounts. That way I essentially get properties for free with UPX. Those properties can then be sold for USD or added to new collections to gain daily UPX. That way I don’t need to put much if my own money in at all…the better collections you have you can pretty much get at least a property a day using your rent money and put it up for sale
