God Bless you, Sir, your vidz have been helping me in getting my foot in the door many times. Always wanted to tell you this but would say I'll do it later but then forget. It got me hired last year on the same day, the hiring manager, my previous boss was astonished like he never heard someone talk to him with such poise and dignity. You've helped me to say words in a conversational pattern that I meant to say professionally but would come out misunderstood. Getting me hired less quickly/not at all. I feel now those words flow together in a sentence that comes out as truth- professionally, promptly, and heartfelt.

I have taken many job interviews over the phone and I've discovered that saying too much while sounding scripted is overkill and could work against you. Also, being on the other side of the interview, I saw how potential employers get bored and do not listen to all that verborage. In my case, honest, natural and concise answers are always the best. Employers notice scripted answers... Thanks for the video.

I am interviewing for Financial Analyst role- my question is in the above questions, your answers are generic, dont you think I need to add terms from job description or from my resume that match job description , when asked about tell me about yourself: Shouldnt I include financial modellling, etc?

This is the most useful video I have found. I have diverse work experience so answering the question "Tell me about yourself" was difficult for me to answer because I couldn't find a way to summarize my experience and skills. I will definitely be using these tips for future interviews.

The first response to that mock phone interview holds another very important lesson: don't read your lines word for word. That was painfully scripted. Bullet points. Show that you're a human being, not an essay.

Another point is about the questions we will ask at the end of the interview. Many large companies and banks advertise their future evolution and working culture on their web pages. Therefore, I think that two of the three questions at the end of the interview should be different. In other words, I think that it is not appropriate to ask these questions at the end of a job interview with a well-known and influential company in the market.

Unfortunately, business negotiators are not that polite. They are trying to end the conversation as soon as possible. This situation creates great pressure. The interviewed person has to change the whole plan in his/ her mind...This was my experience.

i have been harassed for 2+ years; i am not complaining, I am citing criminal and civil charges working towards the criminals, they need to pay fro their crimes.
