The error with the last image of 200 is a big mistake. As a client It will be the first thing to comment.
Ответитьawesome video and the jobs of those three guys are just mindblowing. i might use them as a personal project thank you for featuring this
Ответитьwill you pay me if i gave you better results than those?
ОтветитьIn my opinion, the usd100 render is the best, with one more correction that render will be perfect, the usd200 one is very good, but it concentrated, perhaps, on the interiors and on other worse details, forgetting to add a light rune between both volumes to separate them and give it a vortex appearance hidden behind the volumes, if I do a night render it is the first element I add
Ответитьthe 100 dollar is best price with nice result.
but are they don't disclose the render engine they use? cause I thought it must be part of the price they offer
and are with that price is just for one image service? it's not enough to present the project with one image
I dont' know I am just trying to understand fiveer business work
How on earth does anyone make a living on $30 a render? It doesn't matter how fast or streamlined your process is, it will still take you at least 1 hour to import, dress and setup a view and export it. Add in electricity costs, software license costs and hardware costs and you would be losing money with each image before you even factor in your own time.
ОтветитьReally, at least you would want a shadow drag, between the two building to at least show depth to the image, and why are all the reflections/ interior shots of people inside graded at the same point?, the person in the lower right as a frame of reference, the Girl/Man in the top right should not be that sharp considering the spatial difference between the two, and the why are the foreground assets vibrating when they would have a slight blur due to movement but not that much, those shown (in Building), where are the reflections and diffuse lighting as you would get taking a photo over that distance, the first 2 compositions had better lighting dynamics to differentiate between 2 separate buildings, the 3rd one even though the most expensive, looks muddy and loses that asthetic, Note, it you require Certain Assets, certain scenes and indeed extra stuff, i.e. Planting and Trees etc. Make sure that's added to the brief first and foremost, Its ok adding stuff to a render-able model to create a great scene, but ensure first that the client is ok with that, and also doesn't impact on any other views etc that might be required, View 1 might look great with extra planting, cars, street furniture etc. but when you rotate the camera 90 degrees, and boom. it wont work, as that maybe a pubic access etc. Checklist from the Client First, Ideally which site Views etc, Important Materials, ideally get some Images to suit, agree a price to what's required, model smart, draw up what's agreed for views, including reflections etc. Agree a Price. if they require extra work to show addition views (say a 180) or other elevation not previously requested , then its quotable as more work is required. End of the Day, Quote what's requested, work smart, provide the best shots you can do for what they asked for, get paid.. Job done
ОтветитьIf you want 3d visualizer and rendering image i am here
Ответитьmano tava passando tudo pro real na minha cabeça e aí descubro q tu é br kkkkkk
ОтветитьNever paid 30$ for a building
ОтветитьAmo quando vc aparece!!!
ОтветитьThe 100 dollars project is the best, in my opinion
ОтветитьAt the tenth month of the video, it may be late a bit to ask that but i wondered in what resolution, file size you required the final renders?
ОтветитьWhen i saw your yt thumbnail, wow!!! And, I saw the $100 project, wow!!!
ОтветитьIn my opinion : I prefer the orientation of the sun in the 30$, and the quality of reflexion and sky of the 100$, i just don't like the 200$ because for me it sells very bad the luminosity of the appartments, it's a day render and they light up their appartements like at night , so when you wan't to do too much it's not all the time better... ( and the guy without tshirt haaahaaaaa nope)
ОтветитьGuys im trying to get into this field and i have some questions:
1) do they send you the 3d model of the project and you just render it? And if no can you request it at a lower price ?
2) how do i know what price to get? I am in a country where 200 dollars is a good deal but how do i know if i should rise my prices ?
Exploiting people is fun.
I don't care if the currency in some of the countries where people live and do freelance work is low, use that to your advantage and charge a competitive rate, make more money. $30 renders just drags the entire industry down and it's why it's hard to make a living in ArchViz in countries with a strong economy.
This practice isn't unique to ArchViz either, other CGI industries suffer from the same downfalls.
$200 is minimum wage? Man we have groseries for 1 week for that money in Europe.
Ответитьla de 30 u$d me gustó más... MUY BUEN RESULTADO PARA SER TAN BARATO
ОтветитьComments given are the same here...we see the big difference from the three options posted, thank you
ОтветитьIma download it thanks for sharing!!
ОтветитьThe 3rd one was best but if combined with the 2nd, wow
Ответитьdid anyone notice the direction of the shadow of the tree and the iron bar?
Ответитьyou can literally make the last one in lumion with a few clicks and no experience
Ответитьall 3 are bad imo.
ОтветитьHello sir I am a 3d artist & spacialist in 3d render.i request if there is any home base job for realistic render then allow me thanks
ОтветитьAuch, where do you live, dude?! 200 usd minimum wage? Here is like 500, Romania. Anyway, you kind of get pranked. That last render is a fakery done in the simplest and fastes software - Lumion. It is too dark and doesn”t have depth. The textures, compared with the other renders, are plain and simple, not so detailed as in image nr.2. You paid the most (and still cheap, you are an architect and this is the entry price, what's so expensive?!) to the Indian who spent the least time on it.
ОтветитьI can render your work please give me one chance with small file or small products please
ОтветитьIn which format (jpg. png. etc) and in which resolution they give you the images? They give you only the image or also editable content? thanks!
ОтветитьCaramba! Você é brasileiro... que dá hora!
ОтветитьTava suspeitando que era brasileiro mesmo hahaha.
Ótimo conteúdo cara!!
The 100d had d best visualization... Except for that 1 giant guy 😁
ОтветитьVc tem canal BR?
ОтветитьGive me $100 i will give you realistic render 😊
Ответитьit would we nicer if you added some kind of comparison. like if we can see all three and compare them it would be easier to answer your final quesiton :) i think 30usd one is fine but with a little adjustment on the 100usd one, it is worth tripling the mpney. 200usd one is not worty in my opiinion but i'm not an expert, I just graduated architecture.
Ответить1100 conto é quanto tá ganhando um arquiteto por aqui, tá foda
Ответитьoh hanum is my senior at atma jaya, nice and cool girl
ОтветитьEu assisto ao canal há uns bons anos. Sempre desconfiei que era brasileiro. Agora eu tive certeza!
Ответитьcrazy price, its really killing the professional rates.
ОтветитьI can render better... Send me a 3d model
ОтветитьI like the first one, cheap and nice
Ответитьas a pro ... I have to say this ... LOL
Ответитьamazing!
ОтветитьArchitectural firms there give so much info?! Over here they just send the SketchUp file with poor layer management and write "Please make it look pretty"
Ответитьall three sucks... sucks hardly, did you choose only beginners?
ОтветитьThanks this was really fun....and great tips.... you got a new subscriber
ОтветитьI always forget about fivrr…..it’s amazing how it connects the world with reasonably priced services that may not be available locally. Such an unbelievable idea.
ОтветитьI mean come on third year student ?? Im a software engineer learned this for two months and i can do better.. but anyway. There’s constructive criticism hidden in my shit conment
