I left my previous company after working for close to 3 years. Although I really like the people there, management, products we built and the challenges, I really had to wait for years to get my appraisal done. Very poor process and takes employees for granted. I left with anger and in 3 years now, I earn double my previous pay working at an excellent company.

Angular r react are for SPAs..If multiple pages in your applications and its wast how then..Nowadays that is the problem with angular r reactjs what is the solution for this they have asked??? Please reply sir.

What I can’t help but notice is that for someone like me who stands near a 30lpa mark, there are no good opportunities in .NET development. Market is slim. Need to make a shift to AI/Data Engineering etc to be relevant. Software development is a dying stream and only service based MNC sector with legacy projects possess jobs in it.

I left my first company at 4Lpa due to anger and disrespect and with no job in hand, my manager was a jerk and used to tell me that i am slow and I am not for software industry.
Well, After 9 yrs, Here I am at Microsoft.

I still remember those days, and deep in my heart I can never forget that person.

In the era of AI what is the future of .Net Developers? I have 10 years of experience as a .net fullstack developer, should I change my career into AI Devlopment (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP etc..)

I wanted to learn full stack java developement but a councellor of an institution ( naresh it ) told me not to join in java, bcoz there is a lot of competition and difficult to learn as compared to dot net. As an arts graduate, fresher, should I join .net. Many people saying dot net is dying.Where is more opportunities for entry in IT industry full stack java or dot net 😢

i have 2 years of experience and I started my coding journey with c++, at that time i did leetcode, then in company I started using c#, but I always feel alienated when interacting with other .net developers, they seem to be remembering the data structures provided by Microsoft with no innovation to implement any design pattern, data structure of their own, bacically they all are .net(framework) developers not c#, I want to ask from fellow .net developer is this common or my c++ background is the reason.

Sir, Most of people says Dotnet is a old technology and start ups don't prefer it so dotnet will not be used in market after 10 to 15 years. Is it true ? I am fresher in dotnet core ...should I switch my career in some other technology ?

I did AZ-204 certification and it helped me in more ways.. Definitely it stands out the resume out of all applicants where there is no certification. Later I did DP-203 certification too.. really helps.. However every year I have to renew this certification to keep my certification alive.
