I keep being put on hold just to get disconnected after waiting a few minutes. It's like chasing my own tail. I'd rather be self-service as much as possible to save time & frustration.

Can I set it up on a PC without a webcam and load just a 1200 dpi scanned copy of the passport ? and can you combine taking the picture of you with the phone but sending it via the website to complete the verification? thank you
