1-Realize that all have sinned before God, in one way or another.

Its wrong to say that we know we do not have free will, because only Allah knows we had free will in a situation he created t test us, So sometimes there is free will sometimes there is not, Allah hu Alam ( god knows best) As a human You and I do not know, Allah does what he pleases Yes he is all knowing and he knows the future, past and present. But Free will is what allah gives and takes, So I hope you will have more clarity in this now and learn from What I said. There is an interesting book in my language called "Paradoxical Sajid" by Arif Ajad which explains free will in the most interesting and intellectual way. I am paraphrasing so bear with me:

"Suppose, you are a world renowned scientist. So, when a ship drowns in a very deep point, they ask you to make a machine possible for a swimmer to save all the people in one-go. When the swimmer dives into the ocean, he is about to save every single person. Then, he sees his childhood bully needing help, instead of saving the bully, he knocks him off. The world decides award you (the scientist) but then it is revealed that that there was one fatality. Will you be blamed for that???"
