Gotta say, I’m as smart as Malte I nailed all these things in my role.
ОтветитьI think it's even more important that seniors ask dumb questions too, in order to showcase that's the culture you want to have. Even better if a senior asks something a more junior dev knows or can help out with somehow, to grow their confidence and simply to have fun together solving problems.
Ответитьat my job we use vuejs and man I wish we used next
ОтветитьCan next.js be used to build a highly user interactive application. we have alaytics, charts, SMS/MMS application, Promotion email templating all under a login.
Ответитьthe real price of vercel is the bandwidth, expensive af
ОтветитьTHEO PLEASE please please do a git video (with exaclidraw). would really love to get your thoughts on how to use it effectively etc etc <3
ОтветитьNo one uses web apps anymore 😅 Comment down below how many users you have and how much you’ve been able to monetize your project. I’ll wait 🐒
ОтветитьGreat!
Do a video on prisma/drizzle security against sql injection on the new RSCs
I'm just horrified at the lint rule example. What happend here? Did that person forget how to use the ComponentProps type? Someone please help them... also the any below that could easily be autofixed to unknown and it probably wouldn't even break anything. No clue why the default export rule is even enabled in a Next.js project tho. Just wow. Like even if you don't want default exports at least make an override for the pages and app directories where they are required to work and do named exports everywhere else...
Ответитьthanks t3. I prefer presentation reactions instead of blog / reddit reactions
ОтветитьThe sound on this video is pretty weird today, it sounds almost warped or something
ОтветитьThis talk instantly became one of my favorites, love it so much
ОтветитьLOL, what's up with the thumbnail 😅
I enjoyed the commentary. We got to talk about allow-lists outside of files at some point. I think there is a world where you might have both directions.
Wait how old is Theo wtf, he looks 20 and 35 at the same time
Ответитьyour mustache looks weird
ОтветитьWould be cool to see a video where you go into more depth on incremental adoption/fallback with trpc for app router you mentioned Theo
ОтветитьRemember children, whoever talks about scaling front end apps is basically a snake oil salesman at this point.
You dont need edge or any of that, sure it will have 300ms latency but your user will be happier if your app was 100kb instead of pushing your 50mb bloat through the edge. Your average $5 digital ocean VPS is perfectly capable of serving a million frontend requests.
Want to have nice deployment pipelines, learn how to do them yourself, even simple things like Ansible or GitHub actions are more than enough for frontend apps deployment.
Are you Connor Leahy’s brother ?
ОтветитьTaking the React content to a whole 'nother level by reacting to react
ОтветитьAbsolutely love Principle 2 - Deleting code at my job is my FAVORITE thing to do. Also agree on the code coverage point.
ОтветитьThe thumbnail gives me vibes of that @nobleknightadventures "when you're 5'10" video
ОтветитьThis guy spearheaded development of the web framework that now powers most Google web apps.
ОтветитьIs Theo finally gonna be doing react videos like Prime
Ответитьmy web apps perfectly scale from 0 users to 0 users thanks to your tips 🥰
