Thank you for your useful information
ОтветитьFinding a perfect and affordable place to stay in downtown Toronto is almost like trying to win the lottery.
ОтветитьIm looking apartment for my family
Budget 1500
Can you help me
thank you for this video, just started working again, trying to save money to move out on my own, and away from my toxic family. Like far far away, considering Canada as an option to get tf away from them.
ОтветитьStep #1 Consider downsizing to one of our ever growing number of suits made from 100% pure cardboard
Step #2 Consider eating insects to cut back on those crazy grocery bills
Step #3 Win the lottery. Just be careful not to get stuck by lighting or meteorites before claiming your prize
When you live on budget it is kind of hard to choose the neighborhood. You just have to go with your budget unfortunately.
ОтветитьThank you

ОтветитьI think if you want to live in Toronto either by buying a home, condo or just renting, have a good cash flow, Toronto is an expensive city and research the neighborhood because there are some bad areas. I’d suggest taking public transportation, driving around Toronto is crazy unless you enjoy sitting in traffic, not to mention the construction throughout the city. Better idea would find a place outside the GTA, where you can actually afford a home and have a good size yard, if you like that kind of thing.
ОтветитьThere is no such thing..Toronto is total cancer and more corrupt and dangerous then mexico
ОтветитьThe most useful video i've seen about this rentals in toronto
ОтветитьHey, i just subscribed your channel, i find your videos quite informative. Please throw a light on understanding if a neighborhood is safe or not, how do we judge.
ОтветитьThis is a proper guideline. Thank you!
ОтветитьHi! I have been following your content about living in Canada and it’s helped me understand a lot of things. I will be moving to Toronto on a student visa in January 2024 and I’m looking for someone to share a two bed two bath condo with in Toronto as I think this will be a cheaper and nicer option than getting a one bedroom or studio alone. Thank you.

ОтветитьJust watched your video and the tips are very helpful. My questions are if I'm apartment hunting online, how can I avoid scammers? I'm from overseas with a budget of 1600 and studying in University of Toronto, can you give me a recommendation where in Toronto is student friendly area? Thanks!
