You are the best!
Your accent would be "English... " Are you English?
ОтветитьI'm a first year English student and this helped me to understand connected speech more since our books are full of lengthy descriptions and words I don't understand even after translating them to my mother tongue 😭
Ответитьi saw next year as reciprocal assimilation because there is the t and j sound and a sh like sound is produced
ОтветитьGreat lesson as always ma'am!😍❤
Ma'am, I've a doubt in the exercise..
Can assimilation also happen in 'next year'?
Since we learned when /t/ is followed by /j/ sound it becomes /tʃ/
That was so helpful thank you so much
ОтветитьTHANK YOU!!
ОтветитьOh my gosh!!!! Thanks a lot about your great lesson my amazing teacher keep up the good work!!!! My god bless you more coz you brought my level up about speaking English but am i gonna be understood by the people while speaking in the connected speach?????
ОтветитьExcellent video. Thank you so much. (I suscribe)
ОтветитьSuggest me any video so I can observe assimilation in speech by my own.
