Windows 10 - How to Fix Blue screen issue (if you have virtual box installed)

I was trying to run Koplayer, an emulator for Android ,the blue screen appeared. I tried downloading the virtual box but it didn't work

I was using it ok on my pc an all of the sudden went boom … and now I have the problem of getting blue screen web windows 10 on a virtual box 🤦🏾‍♂️

It doesn't show me the option of hyper v

There is no hyper v option in my laptop.. what to do

This what I do: I am starting up my virtual OS (ubuntu) and I’m clicking on devices. All the usb devices that are currently connected to my host are shown in a drop-down menu like keyboard mouse and the iPhone. When I click on the iPhone I get the bluescreen everytime. Can you help?

I have the lbue screen of death on my virtual windows 10 machine. I have windows 11. A laptop XPS 15 9510. I do have hyper-v disabled. What else can I do to fix my issue?

Thanks I got so scared because before the bluescreen it gave me a scary buzzing noise and freezed while clicking install I guess I'm gonna uninstall

i am using ubuntu 20.04 and i downloaded the vmware and want to run windows 10 on vmware

on my windows 10 home based version laptop and is original so booting won't help,


whenever this KB5003637 particular update is installed and if I power ON VM, I get blue screen error.
if I uninstall the update, then I don't. Please help me, how do I fix it?
This updates keeps popping everyday even if I push the update to be installed after 35 days or 7days.

Yeah I got this while running MS-DOS 6.22 and macOS Sierra 10.12 but it came up with some error but I can’t really remember it. The only thing I do remember is it had a sad face :( But if anyone can help me then pls help
Edit: I’m pretty confident that this isn’t the error. I don’t even have Hyper-V installed!

Hello guys I am using vmware work station to learn informatica and I running into this same problem I did try to follow your directions but my computer windows boxed in not checked what else I should do stop that problem

Thanx a million. This cured the headache of watching windows logo loop over and over. Cut the Hyper-V off for Virtual Box to work effectively. 😎👌🙏✌👍

I have a question! My VM will start and work for only a few moments THEN the host computer (my main computer) gets the Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD). I was able to run VirtualBox with a few different OSs for months without any issues. I tried to update VirtualBox to the latest 6.x.x then it all started to happen. I tried to uninstall/reinstall/repair/downgrade and even used VMWare and it happened to that too! Hyper-V is also disabled. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Will it affect my daily work if I disable it?

It only does a. BSOD if I close the vm and shut down the pc. I think this may be due to keeping the virtual box manager open?

The blue screen I get - is while trying to install the windows OS on the VM. As soon as I get to the "Expanding files" - blue screen, every single time. I've increased the Ram, decreased it, changed the number of cores, chaged the ISO, nothing seems to work. Would you have any tutorials on this issue?
