Change Podcast Copyright Using Powerpress Plugin


This tutorial will show you how to update the copyright of your podcast in Apple iTunes using the Powerpress Plugin by Blubrry.

Part 1:
1. Look up your podcast in the Apple iTunes Directory
2. Click on the Cover Art to show episodes
3. Look under Cover Art for Copyright. The year should be ©2019

Part 2:
1. Sign in to your Wordpress website (yoursite.com/wp-admin)
2. Look in the sidebar for Powerpress and click
3. Click the tab that says ‘Feeds’
4. Scroll to Copyright Field
5. Change or Type in new copyright
1. Option + G on Macs = ©
2. Alt +0169 on PC = ©
6. Click Save Changes
7. Done
8. Podcast copyright will update.

Note: It could take up to 24 hours to change copyright in Apple iTunes Store, but it will. To expedite, you can log into Apple Podcasts Connect & Refresh Feed.
