How to Reduce Video File Size Without Losing Quality Using VLC Media Player

after compress i'am not getting video could you plz solve it

I followed the tutorial on how to do it, but the file I converted became more larger than it was. I did it three times but the same results. Not working of reducing the size of video at my end.

Failed to mention youll have no sound if you follow this tutorial. Gotta go one more tab over after video settings and enable audio as well.
