In sailing, and I think it should be in every sport, you have something called redress. If a contender gets taken out through no fault of there own and without the possibility to avoid a collision a score will be added based on the average amount of points scored throughout the season. This would have been one of those situations.

9months on and this still hurts, the fact that Liam would rather race in F2 than DTM because of this scenario is just heartbreaking, hopefully he’ll be in F1 next year, back with Albono but this time against him; would be great to see. Thanks for the fantastic series, loved every minute

It was cool seeing the dynamic between Liam and Nick. Nick seemed to do a lot to keep the mood light and fun and was a massive support for Liam in an environment where normally the pressure can get to you. “head down, you can do this ;)”

I like lawson but I have to back my fellow South African VDL. Yeah he wasn't the favourite and made some questionable decisions but at the end of the day that's racing and you have to just accept it. Honestly, most of the hate VDL is getting is unreasonable, and because most people just like Lawson's personality more they support him blindly and throw unnecessary hate the way of VDL.

Liam, as a South African I'm absolutely embarrassed by Van der Linde's behaviour. I didn't follow the entire series, but from the videos I've seen of you and Alex going around the Ring you seem like a genuine likeable guy and a great talent to boot.

I used to support Kevin in other series of gt3 but not after watching that it's like online racing of forza or gran turismo sport

I don't get it, not only is KVL a bully but clearly dumb as hell too, his actions were so blatant he cost himself either way. Liam will forget this as his career blossoms - but I hope teams take note of KVL's actions / attitude, I'd like to think Audi didn't advise him to do this.

Congratulations on winning your first DTM championship Liam. The trophy saying P2 is nothing. That was your championship, it IS your championship. Hold your head high my dude.

RB should pull out of the lame DTM which is now more like ATM... The driving standards, stewarding, and disregard for ethical behavior by the Merc team has doomed this championship to being nothing more than a joke. Imagine if Tsunoda had blatant intentional contact with Hamilton three races in a row?
