How To Delete Documents From Files On iPhone

Doesn't help me at all. Says my storage is almost full and if I follow your instructions there is hardly anything in the folders under "Files". I have downloaded a lot of video and images but they are NOT located in Files. SO where are they and how do I delete them. Why is Apple so frustrating?

How do you get to the browse screen?

I can't delete it, it tells me that the operation cannot be completed, no valid file provider found.
