this game serious is one of those games that you buy regardless to how much it is, it doesnt matter, everyone should play this, ive cried 3 times in this game, broks death, this last scene with kratos and atreus and broks viking funeral

I have a crazy theory that the mural painted in the end was actually by Angraboda and not Faye, which is why it was unable to open. If you look at Angraboda during the final scenes she looks a little suspicious and was just trying to find a way to keep Atreus to herself…. What do you guys think?

I love Kratos

One of my favorite things about this game is kratos using Atreus’s name instead of calling him boy so much in the last game. It really shows how much he’s changed emotionally and the love he has for Atreus.

We didn't see much of his wife but damn Faye was the most influential character in the game only second to Atreus.

Played the original trilogy as a kid, and as an adult now having played through these two.. to see Kratos grow and mature while finally after all the pain and suffering and loss, he sees himself praised and loved. All he ever wanted and he got it while also raising a child who is off to do amazing and prophetical things at the same time in Calliope’s honor. The man who felt more hurt than any got the ending he deserved after a thousand years. Game of the year is absurd, this may be the greatest game to ever be created.

Anyone notice how Soyny is still being Soyny with Freya having a flat chest? And race swapped Angrboda as well.

If you're ever wondering what would happen if Atreus wore the mask, there's an old movie where jim carrey wore a mask and transforms into a looney toon character. Coincidentally they made a part 2 of the movie which did not sell well, but the mask was confirmed to be Loki's mask.

Funny part is Odin was cooking food for everyone as Tyr.. I wonder what he was putting in that shit. Probably dipped his balls in it.

Kratos still has a long way to go. Until his markings disappear we have not finished his story yet. I hope the next game finally gives us closure with the ghost of Sparta.

Kratos has grown so, so much. He might be a God, a killer, a father, but he's also just a man. I desperately want to see the world that welcomes Kratos as their God. I just want mah burly glass of milk to be happy!

There is a question in the world, the unanswered snake said something extra to Mimire in the first game. You say that kratos will go to the myth of Egypt, but there is no reference, at least show us, let's be excited for the new game, the story of atreus you know in the last 2 hours in the game is not the name of the game (son of god of war), I hope the story of the new game will not be a game where atreus is looking for giants, if we saw kratos in his old crazy state At least we killed neither Odin nor Thor, if I saw a kratos like that, my mouth would water. Why do you guys think atreus broke the mask. Instead of seeking infinite knowledge? He seemed interested in it before. And Odin even let him? Couldn't find answer on reddit.

It's like a complete circle. Kratos went from a phantom of chaos who only butchered his way for redemption to being a peacemaker and a symbol of hope for many. He only redeemed himself now by helping others, being a better god, a better man, and a better father. Zeus and the rest of Olympus are rolling in their graves now cause the one being they cursed and hated became a better person and a better god than they ever could.

I doubt they can make another game.... This looks like a fitting ending for Kratos, and most likely be a new game for Atreus

All I can make up in mind, is if the other Pantheons became wary of that the All-Father has been defeated by the same guy who brought down the Greek Pantheon, and so they attack in the belief that theirs will be next.

Why you people are so disappointed with Kratos not rampaging like a true monster in the last fight? He said it himself that he doesn't want to become what he was before.

He has moved on from his past, he's no longer a rampaging monster. If a fictional character can do that, so why can't you people do that too?

When kratos show his path he literally cried. That’s what I call character development and a masterpiece of a game

Okay, it's over, but what about Odin, he was right. Why should Odin die at all, when a person puts himself in Odin's place, Odin was really right. Imagine that you hear every day that you are going to die, so what will happen next, Valhalla, which is ridiculous and there is nothing for Odin, what should Odin do in the meantime?

I think the next saga is Egypt saga. Because when Kratos see his statue worshiped by people, Kratos right leg position in front and left leg position in back. If i am not wrong, in Egyptian when common people meet their gods, right leg must be in front.
